Now that you have hired me as your agent and secured financing, it's time to find that PERFECT home. I will be there every step of the way. I will help you with location, accessibility, the size, amenities, storage and space.

Make an offer

Now that we have found your perfect home, let's make an offer. I will help you with a market analysis for the area you are considering and help you negotiate a price with the seller in order to get you the best possible deal. I can help submit your offer with all of the necessary paperwork.

Research & inspections

Before you close on your new home purchase, you need to ensure to do the due diligence to your new purchase. I can help you find an inspector to make sure you're aware of any potential damages and improvements needed. The property needs to be inspected for things such as structure and foundation, plumbing, HVAC, electrica, exterior, interior, roofing as well as many other critical points.

The final step

Close the sale

We're at the end. You have me as your agent, you have your financing, you found the perfect home, you submitted an offer that was approved. Now it's time to close on the sale! The closing process has several steps including opening escrow, performing a title search, negotiating closing costs, renegotiating the offer, removing contingencies, funding escrow, the final walkthrough and then signing the paperwork!. Congratuations, you just purchased a new home!
